“As a person from Central Queensland I use my art practice to explore distilled glimpses of the area’s cultural landscape. I aim to display the irony of common cultural practices and social situations in the region. The backdrop within each artwork acts as a stage for characters to perform a situation from their everyday lives. Each artwork is based upon a situation or person from my life.”
