THE sun shone brightly on the 150th annual Ipswich Show and with perfect weather came the biggest ever crowd of 35,000.
Despite the memories of a wet 2022 the local show society committed itself to making its 150th event the best on record.
The entertainment packed the stands and record entries across all competitions gave the show patrons plenty to see and do.
“The show was all about family and the turnout encourages us to build on this year’s show with a similar extravaganza in 2024,” Show Society President, Darren Zanow, said.
“In all around 400 volunteers worked tirelessly to help the show do exactly what we wanted to do and that was to put a smile on every face.”
