THE CSI Club has become the first corporate partner to link with the Ipswich Hospital Foundation.

The club sealed the partnership deal, believed to be worth $16,000, on Monday.

CSI Club president, John Dredge, said helping improve hospital services was high on his club’s agenda and by assisting IHF was the way to achieve this.

“The foundation is a professional team that provides not only equipment and services for the entire West Moreton Health region, but also is a great advocate for better health,” he said.

“We support many groups and this partnership is another way we can give back to the district and our many members.”

Foundation CEO Scott Young said CSI’s support was a milestone for his organisation.

“We want to become the charity of choice in the region so we can assist in helping West Moreton Health meet the great challenges ahead,” he said. “I am hoping that other corporate sponsors may now come forward to join the CSI Cub to assist us.”

“I first raised the idea of a partnership with CSI’s general manager, Natalia Onorprichuk, after their Go Pink breast cancer luncheon and she took this to the club Board for consideration. We are delighted they shared our vision.”

The partnership has three key components with CSI now supporting the Park2Park Fun Run, the IHF Gala Dinner and the Go Pink month in October. IHF is hoping other local clubs will follow CSI.
