Local artist Cynthia Copley has caught the attention of the historic Alliance Hotel in Spring Hill, Brisbane.

Cynthia has been invited to be a featured artist in April and May with her artworks exclusively displayed in the restaurant and private dining room. She has been working on a series of landscape oil paintings for this exciting opportunity.

Though, Cynthia is no stranger to exhibiting her work in both private and public galleries since landing the inaugural Mervyn Moriarty Landscape Prize through the Queensland Regional Art Awards in 2021.

Since winning ‘The Merv’ Cynthia has travelled throughout Queensland sharing her art practice with students at numerous regional schools through the ’By Request’ program through Flying Arts Alliance.
