IF experience counts when you need management advice or leadership then Springfield’s Paul Ronis is a man you could confidently turn to.

Paul has worked in every Australian capital city in senior management roles that involved servicing customers not only at the big end of town but also in rural or remote areas.

Building on numerous awards and challenging projects, for the last 20 years Paul has been called upon by people in a wide variety of businesses to help in all business areas as a consultant, mentor, trusted advisor, director, or chairman.

From entrepreneurs building businesses from the ground up; to the professional practices of lawyers, accountants, architects, and engineers; to parliamentarians to aged care, the NDIS and not for profit organizations there’s not much Paul hasn’t been involved with.

Paul says, 80 per cent of business problems are common, but even if people have identified the right course of action most people fail to successfully carry it through to completion.

“Knowing the right people to turn to for help is the most important thing,” he said.

“Whether I was working for listed companies here or overseas, the experiences I gained have been invaluable in giving me the ability and confidence to help small and large businesses, not for profits and individuals.”
