THE thousands of shoppers who walk through Riverlink each week are noticing some popular change ups.

Two new retailers have opened alongside a new food court operator and the expansion of Flight Centre.

Riverlink Marketing manager, Karen Karageozis, said the new shops, Novo and Dangerfield, had both received strong support in their opening weeks.

“We actually did a shopper survey some time ago asking what shops people would like to see at Riverlink,” she said.

“Dangerfield and Novo were both popular choices and we are happy to see them as part of our expanded retail offering.

“With the increase in demand for holidays we have also welcomed Flight Centre’s decision to expand and importantly to bring in a money exchange operation with Travel Money Oz.

“Previously those wanting to go to an exchange had to travel to Mt Ommaney.”

The Food Court at Riverlink has also received a boost with Karan’s Kitchen opening in the central kiosk.

With 30 years of experience cooking classic Indian food between them owner Karan Singh and chef Gurinder Singh prepare fresh each day.

“While the popular curries will always remain on the menu, we are also doing special dishes that relate directly to what we can source fresh from local producers,” Karan said.

“Adjusting spice flavours to suit is part of our specialty.”

Ms Karageozis said the public had already warmed to Karan’s Kitchen with many positive reviews on social media.

“As more people get to experience their dishes, they are sure to become a great addition to the food court,” she said.
