The PA Hotel in Booval has unveiled a spring menu that remains jam-packed full of flavourful options, while also ensuring value for money.

The Spring Saver Menu on offer serves up two options: a two-course option with entree and main, or main and dessert for $49 per person, as well as a three-course option with entree, main and dessert for $59 per person.

Three entrees of salt and pepper calamari, smoked brisket spring rolls and mushroom and truffle arancini balls offer all tastebuds the perfect start to any meal at this Ipswich institution.

Next up is the three main options of 300g juicy rump steak cooked perfectly to your liking with chips, garden salad and your choice of gravy or sauce on the side.

Or the 200g pan-seared barramundi partnered with seasonal vegetables and surrounded by warming red Thai coconut curry sauce will make your mouth pop with zesty flavour.

The third option is the braised lamb shank braised with tomato and root vegetables and comes with creamy mash and a perfect sidekick with a rich lamb jus – the ideal warmer for a breezy spring day.

To wrap up the three-course meal, there is always time for dessert with a Belgian-style waffle topped with ice cream and mixed berries drizzled with chocolate sauce and maple syrup. The alternative dessert is the house-made sticky date pudding with ice cream and the warm house-made butterscotch sauce.

Away from the Spring Saver Menu there are a range of new options on the Spring Menu.

A range of breads highlighted by the Cheesy Cob Loaf is also available to start or accompany your meal.

The gooey baked camembert and creamy pumpkin soup warm you and prepare you for what is to come.

With a mains menu that includes seafood, steaks, and pizza, the PA also offers a Hot Volcanic Rock Dining Menu which is unique and something you need to tick off your dining bucket list.

The slabs used to cook are heated to 400 degrees allowing your food to be prepared to your liking in a dining experience you will never forget.

Choose your protein, two sauces and two sides and it makes for a party in your mouth.

The PA Hotel is located at 170 Brisbane Rd, Booval and is open from 11am to late seven days a week.

So get your family and friends together and experience everything general anager Peter and his team have to offer.
