Love Me Season 2: Family, Love, and Challenges Unfold
SHARE

You can watch along as Glen, Clara and Aaron Mathieson have picked up the pieces of their complex lives following Christine’s death and are each grappling with a new reality that poses the challenging question – is love enough?

Glen and Anita are faced with the arrival of someone from her past who will threaten their current happiness and security; Clara must come to terms with becoming a step parent to Peter’s son as well as the very real prospect that her hopes of having a family of her own may never be realised; and Aaron’s attempts to juggle fatherhood, Ella and his love for Jesse send him into a spiral of self doubt and erratic behaviour.

Together, however, the Mathiesons will weather the storm of uncertainty as they always do, with humour, misunderstandings, humility, champagne and of course … a deep and bonding love.

Nine months after we last saw the Mathieson family, we find Aaron soon to be a father, while Clara and Peter are living together with his teenage son Max.

Meanwhile, their father Glen has embraced married life with Anita, living in her house.

Life is good, but the cautious Glen is still learning how to keep up with uninhibited Anita.

Meanwhile, Clara and Peter have been trying to start a family of their own, but it’s not happening easily, so they book in to see a fertility specialist.

At work, Aaron’s boss Michael is offering him great opportunities, but when Jesse suggests they catch up out of the blue, he quickly forgets his work commitment.

When Clara and Peter meet with the fertility specialist, Roland, she is expecting to be told that she’s too old to conceive. But he says that she has a good egg count for her age, and that the problem conceiving falls with Peter.

Sunday, February 2, at 9.30pm on ABC TV and iview is the start date for Season 2 of Love Me.
