FROM stunning landscapes to colourful creatures, Ipswich’s diverse and beautiful natural environment has now been celebrated in a free calendar.

The 2023 calendar is available, while stocks last, at Ipswich libraries, the Queens Park Environmental Education Centre, and the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre.

The calendar celebrates the city’s actions towards being a clean, green and sustainable city.

The calendar is part of council initiatives being delivered each year to ensure the city is natural and sustainable now, and for future generations.

From Enviroplan-funded conservation to waterway health, urban greening and resource recovery, the calendar highlights the many actions being taken in collaboration with the community.

When 2023 is finished the calendar can be recycled in a household yellow-lid bin or torn up for a household green-lid FOGO bin.

The calendar also contains many ideas and inspirations for how residents can also have an active role in creating a greener and more sustainable city.
