BROTHERS Leagues Club has been handing back thousands to volunteer groups each year and just last week 35 groups were given a much needed boost.

The annual Community Grants presentation usually sees a $100,000 commitment from the club, but this year the club was so inspired by the applications they boosted that to $122,394.

Brothers General Manager, Matt Siminov, said the Community Involvement Award’s night was a heartwarming reminder that when a community comes together, extraordinary things can be achieved with our collective efforts.

“A massive thank you to everyone who received support for your dedication and commitment to making a positive impact within our community,” he said.

“We are eagerly anticipating the incredible transformations and positive changes your initiatives will bring to our community.

“Let’s continue working together to create a better, brighter future for everyone.”

Brothers Leagues club’s commitment to the district was recently recognised at the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards where they received the important Community Involvement Award.
