ARTTIME Gallery is once again showcasing creativity with its long-running and popular competition, Decked Out.

This event invites local artists to transform a skateboard deck into a vibrant canvas, creating unique and eye-catching works of art. Many participants enjoy taking part alongside family and friends, making it as much a social activity as a creative one.

Cassie Booth, from Arttime, highlighted the excitement for younger artists, noting that juniors competing often get the chance to experience a real gallery opening for the first time. She hopes the event inspires a love of creating, competing, and embracing the arts community.

In the Open category, the winners were: 1st place – Frogman by Jonah Yaman, 2nd place – Wildflower by Jennifer Roll, and 3rd place – Little Fish Big Problem #30 by Katherine McNamara. In the Junior category, the winners were: 1st place – Heaven by Mia Hardy, 2nd place – Subway Surf by Lillian Dalby, and 3rd place – Sun by Anushka Roy.
