GOLD Force continues to prove he is one of Australia’s premier one-turn greyhounds after another dominant victory at Q1 Lakeside on Saturday night.
The Michelle Sultana-trained star justified his status as the $1 even-money favourite, powering to victory over the 457m journey to extend his remarkable run of form.
The win was his sixth from his past seven starts and maintained his perfect record over the 457m distance at Purga, where he is now three-from-three. His performances have further strengthened his reputation as arguably the world’s best one-bend specialist.
By Aussie Infrared out of Silver Scissors, Gold Force has now amassed almost $370,000 in prizemoney through an outstanding career that has produced 23 wins and seven placings from 36 starts.
His resume also features runner-up finishes in two prestigious Group 2 finals, the 2025 Ballarat Cup and this year’s Shepparton Cup, along with Group 2 success in the Bulli Gold Cup earlier this year.
With his combination of blistering early speed and consistency around the one-turn circuit, Gold Force is rapidly building one of the most impressive records in Australian greyhound racing and looks set to add further feature victories as his purple patch continues.
