This Halloween, Animal Welfare League Queensland (AWLQ) is getting into the spirit of the season by treating, not tricking, potential pet owners.

AWLQ is hosting a week-long Halloween adoption sale until October 31.

This is the perfect opportunity if you’ve considered adding a furry friend to your family.

AWLQ is offering a bewitching deal: adult cats will be available for adoption at the spooktacular price of just $29, while adult dogs can be yours for a treat at only $99.

“We believe in giving every pet a chance to find a loving home, and our Halloween adoption sale is a fantastic way for people to open their hearts and homes to animals in need,” said Craig Montgomery, spokesperson for AWLQ.

“These reduced adoption fees are a special treat for our community, making it easier than ever to adopt a wonderful pet companion.

“The Halloween adoption sale is an excellent opportunity to welcome a new four-legged family member into your home while helping animals in need.

By adopting from AWLQ, you are gaining a new friend and supporting their ongoing mission to improve the lives of animals.

Don’t miss this chance to make your Halloween special by giving a deserving pet the loving home they’ve been waiting for.

The adoption sale will run throughout AWLQ’s Animal Rehoming Centres across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Ipswich.

AWLQ’s standard adoption processes still apply throughout the howl-o-ween sale.

All cats and dogs are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and wormed.
