IPSWICH Medicare Mental Health Centre is a place where everyone can access free and confidential mental health information, services and supports.

You don’t need a Medicare card, referral or appointment to visit the centre.

Whether you have experienced mental health challenges in the past, or this is your first time reaching out for support, everyone is welcome.

The friendly staff at Ipswich Medicare Mental Health Centre can provide immediate help for those in distress, support for people living with mental health concerns, and support for carers and families of people experiencing mental health distress.

You can also visit the centre for help connecting with other services, including health, mental health support, and social supports like housing and employment.

The centre is staffed by qualified mental health professionals and workers with lived experience of mental health battles, who work together to support people need, now and into the future.

Ipswich Medicare Mental Health Centre is one of a network of centres across Australia.

It is connected with the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service at 1800 595 212.

Ipswich Medicare Mental Health Centre is at Nicholas Street Precinct Level 1, Eats Building, Ipswich.

The centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).
