FOR more than half a century, Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre has been helping local families keep their pools sparkling, building a reputation for knowledgeable advice, friendly service and a commitment to solving just about any pool problem thrown its way.

There are not too many Ipswich businesses that can say they have been serving the community for more than 50 years, but Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre has been part of the local landscape since 1975.

Located in East Ipswich, the family-owned business has grown alongside the city, helping generations of local pool and spa owners with everything from everyday water maintenance and products to troubleshooting those frustrating problems that can quickly turn a backyard oasis into a headache.

While the business has recently welcomed new ownership, customers walking through the doors will find the people and service they have come to know remain firmly in place.

Jason and the team are still there, offering the same expert advice, reliable products and personalised service that customers have relied on for years.

The philosophy behind the transition is simple: keep what works.

There are no sweeping changes or interruptions planned. Instead, the focus remains on providing straightforward, knowledgeable assistance and ensuring customers leave with the right solution for their pool or spa.

That personal approach has been an important part of Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre’s longevity.

Rather than simply selling a product from the shelf, the team prides itself on taking the time to talk with customers, understand the problem and find the best way to fix it.

It is that combination of experience, local knowledge and old-fashioned customer service that has helped Ipswich Pool and Spa Centre remain part of the community through five decades.
