ENTRIES in Arttime Supplies annual colour challenge competition are now on display.

This colour competition, now in its 13th year, saw 30 artists take on the challenge of creating an artwork using the colour magenta.

Artworks were judged as per originality, style and technic by the previous owner of Arttime Supplies Kate Roberts.

Kate had a hard task to select the winners as the works were diverse and of a high standard.

The winning artist, Sonia Pupavae, received a three-week solo exhibition in the gallery and $200 in art supplies.

The artworks can be viewed and purchased in the Arttime Gallery until June 3. Arttime Supplies is situated at 203 Brisbane Street, Ipswich and is open Tuesday to Sunday 9am to 5pm.
