KAREN Bagenal was born and raised in Redbank and has a vast intricate knowledge of the Ipswich area.

Her mother’s family was raised in Booval and her dad’s family was raised in Redbank.

Karen’s grandparents owned various parcels of land all over Ipswich as well as rental properties.

Her interest in real estate developed early as she spent a lot of her time with both grandparents visiting and playing along with her brothers on the land.

In 1989 Karen married her husband Mark and they bought their first block of land in Bundamba where they built their first home and 12 months later sold it for double the price.

Once their family was completed within the next three years (they have three beautiful girls) Karen and Mark started investing in the property market.

Buying rentals properties was high on the list and their portfolio was started.

They continued to buy land locally and build spec homes and on sell them, some were kept as rentals and others were sold off the plan.

Karen joined Realway Property Consultants in 2006 as a Sales Property Consultant and over the next four years achieved various awards as well as Sales Person of the Year with Highest Sales Dollar Value and Highest Volume of Sales throughout Realway Australia.

In 2011 Karen had an opportunity to purchase Realway Property Consultants Ipswich including the Rental Roll. Now she continues to successfully build and service her clients.

In 2012 Karen and her team achieved Realway office of the Year, year after year consecutively over the next eight years and various individual awards.

Karen has gained exceptional knowledge and experience in running a profitable business, as well as achieving her own personal goals as a sales consultant.

Her mission is always to give complete service and understanding to each client.

Karen always ensures that she achieves the best possible price as well as giving an honest opinion throughout the process of selling your most prized possession or investment property.
