SINCE going to the market in 2015 Plainland Crossing has proved a winner with both home buyers and commercial property groups.

Located just one hour west of Brisbane, Plainland Crossing sits around halfway between Ipswich and Toowoomba on the Warrego Highway.

Directly next door, the Plainland Plaza Shopping Centre features a Woolworths supermarket, specialty stores while also in the neighbourhood this is a Bunnings, Aldi, Bridgestone Select along with childcare and medical facilities.

In all the development opened offering 400 residential lots and 36 commercial sites.

Of these 236 residential sites have been sold and only 12 commercial sites remain.

Resales of established homes have been strong with more than $650,000 regularly achieved.

The addition of new projects in the area and the current housing shortage across the country has resulted in rental demand for Plainland homes rising from $375pw to $700pw.
