Australia’s aspiring entrepreneurs are set to embark on a journey of culinary innovation in Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars, a thrilling new series premiering on Tuesday, March 26, at 7.30 pm on Channel 9 and 9Now.

Breaking into the competitive food and beverage industry is no small feat, but with a chance to secure a $250,000 investment from renowned chef Gordon Ramsay or Australian business magnate Janine Allis, contestants are gearing up to pitch their most innovative ideas.

In this high-stakes competition, hopefuls will vie for one of 14 coveted spots, hoping to impress Ramsay and Allis with their culinary concepts and business acumen. Once selected, contestants will be divided into two teams led by Ramsay and Allis, respectively, where they’ll face off in intense challenges designed to test their creativity, business skills, and ability to handle pressure.

Each week, the losing team will face a daunting elimination round, as Ramsay and Allis grill contestants to determine who will be sent home. The winning entrepreneur from each team will take home a cash prize of $250,000 investment, as well as a one-year mentorship program from either Gordon or Janine as their investor.

Gordon Ramsay said: “This is a competition that highlights the most exciting food and drink ideas in the country, some of which may have never been heard of before. Viewers will see what Australia has in terms of Food Stars, and these businesses are going to surprise you.”

Janine Allis said: “Australia’s food and beverage businesses are some of the most innovative in the world, and the entrepreneurs behind them have thrown everything they have into it. Food Stars showcases some of these extraordinary concepts and products, and viewers will get to see just what they’re made of. It is one hell of a journey.”

With high stakes, fierce competition, and a dash of culinary flair, Food Stars is poised to take viewers on an unforgettable journey into the heart of Australia’s vibrant food and beverage industry, where dreams are made, and culinary stars are born.
