WHO wants to enjoy a whimsical and musical magic flying carpet ride, traversing some delightful, despondent and sometimes illusory memories of the 20th century?

The Ipswich Seniors’ Concert Group is back and ready to charm, delight and transport audiences with a show bursting with music, memories and mischief.

Known for its signature blend of song, humour and good natured fun, the group is taking things up a notch with a spectacular musical journey spanning across the decades.

Audiences can expect toe-tapping classics, forgotten favourites and nostalgic gems that spark that familiar thought: ‘I haven’t heard that one in ages!’

Each musical moment is paired with light-hearted skits inspired by universal experiences.

Those stories everyone knows, or knows someone who lived them.

Prepare to be whisked away on a Nostalgia & Nonsense flying carpet (yes, they’re bringing that phrase back!), soaring straight towards an unforgettable land of laughter, reminiscing and pure enjoyment.

Sit back, sing along and enjoy the ride. Only two shows on May 27 at 10am and 1pm, with tickets only $20 each (or $15 each for groups of four or more) and available via Ipswich civic centre website at ipswichciviccentre.com.au.
