BEST IN QLD: Ben and Greg Klopper with Corne Smith were out celebrating their big award this week.
BEN and Greg Klopper and their team from Central Mowers Ipswich have a special reason to celebrate this week.
They were just named by STIHL as the Queensland Metro Dealer of the year.
The award recognised their best business practices and principles within the STIHL Dealer network in 2021-22.
STIHL judges the awards on several criteria including sales growth in units and dollars, staff training in technical and retail, customer experience, showroom presentation, local area marketing and business growth.
Ben and Greg said it was great to be acknowledged for the hard work their dedicated team had delivered in the past year.
“We are so proud to be our community’s ‘go to’ for professional and high-quality outdoor garden power tools,” they said in accepting the award.
The award also acknowledged the dealership relocating to a better, more retail oriented location in Central Ipswich.
STIHL judges said they had done a fantastic job creating a friendly retail environment, along with their best practice visual merchandising displays.
STIHL Marketing Director, Joanne Katsos, said the Dealer of the Year Award recognised those who had gone above and beyond for the brand and for their local community.
