WHEN you win the A Grade rugby league premiership title your annual awards night is always going to be a night of celebrations and so it was at the Brothers Club.

The big winner on the night was Albert Tu’ua who walked away with the Most Tries for the Season, Player of the Finals, and the Rookie of the Year, an award he shared with Ryan Green.

While the night showcased the winning A Grade premiership team there was a glittering array of winners throughout the whole club.

Best Back, Best Forward and Players Player was handed out in every grade.

The A Grade Awards were always going to be hard to decide but Taj Hinton, Jye Hinton and Owen McCarron were the worthy winners.

Caeden Hocking was awarded the Promising Colt for the Year while Owen McCarron won his 2nd trophy for the night with the Best Defensive Player.

Versatile Forward Robert Kennedy won the Best Utility Player in A Grade while Jacob Tierney was the lower grade winner.

Other winners included Ryan Holden (Ian Rodgers Medal), Corey Kurnoth (Best Club Player), Taj Hinton (Most Constructive Player/Player of the Year), Gabriel Satrick (Rep Player), Matthew Bell (Best and Fairest).

Six players were also recognised on the night for making their A Grade debuts and their included Quinn Milham, Jayden Ziebarth, Wilson Szolna, Casey O’Connell, Nicholas Moyer, and Tyler Phola.

Player of the Grand Final and two try hero Matthew Bell was also honoured for playing 100 games for the Club.

Nicholas Torrens, Jaeden Foua and Tallas Squires were the Under 19 winners while Jayden Ziebarth, Ryan Holden and Quinn Milham took home the reserve grade honours.
