A HIDDEN gem 30 minutes from the Ipswich city centre, the Blue Fin Fishing Club was founded in 1956 and delivers on value for money without under-delivering on deliciousness, with a wide range of choices on the menu.

Approaching its 70th birthday next year, the sports club was founded by a group of enthusiastic fishermen but has grown to welcome all members of the community, becoming a favourite in the region.

In the centre of Inala, the Blue Fin Fishing Club is surrounded by gardens setting the scene for a great place to eat and catch up with friends and family.

That’s even before you see the menu and taste everything the club has to offer.

Do yourself a favour and become a menu of the Blue Fin Fishing Club – you will not be disappointed, and the rewards are great, including a $16 menu with six YUM dishes.

The everyday low prices offer give eight classic meal options for lunch and dinner seven days a week: chicken parmigiana, 250g rump steak, beef burger, battered barramundi, supreme pizza, salt and pepper calamari, caeser salad and chicken schnitzel.

The Bistro Menu has something to please all taste buds from mains classic selections including chicken parmigiana, and from the grill options for those hungry carnivores looking for their hungers to be filled and appetites to be pleased.

The Blue Fin serves up great offers including Kids Eat Free every Wednesday with the purchase of an adult main meal, and roast for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

Monday is T-bone steak $18.90 members’ offer, on Thursday dinners the much-loved schnitzels are only $15 for members, add in lunch seven days a week at a great price of $16 for members, and Saturday is $15.90 fish and chips for members lunch.

The facilities include kids’ room, function space and training rooms.

As a not-for-profit club, every dollar generated by the club is invested back into fishing, support for the community and enhancing services and facilities for valued members.

The club is located at 24 Lilac St, Inala with the doors open from 10am to 2am seven days a week.

The kitchen is serving up its delicious range of meals for lunch Monday to Friday 11.30am-2pm and dinner from 5.30-8pm.

On Saturday the kitchen is open 11.30am through until 8.30pm, and 11.30am through 8pm on Sunday.
