‘SMALL in number, big at heart’ could best describe a small group of senior yoga enthusiasts who meet most Monday mornings at Rosewood Anzac Park.

The yoga classes are sponsored by Ipswich City Council and are free to all seniors. To show their appreciation for the classes, The Rosewood Rustic Yoga Group (TRRYG) hold a Giving Lunch and donate the
proceeds to a local charity.

This year, in the presence of Councillor Russell Milligan, a cheque for $220 was presented to Ipswich
Domestic Violence Action Centre (DVAC) representative Amanda Pamenter.

Pamenter presented a certificate of appreciation to the group in return.

Two members of the yoga group cooked a Thai banquet for the participants.
