LOCAL artist Eva Fritz’s has unveiled her “Little Things, Big Things” at the Educational Environment Centre, Queens Park.
The installation was backed by a grant through the Regional Arts Development Fund.
It is the 3D iteration of Eva’s first children’s book of the same name, which sets out to engage children about topics that are close to her heart and personal philosophy: gratitude for what we have, respect for the Earth and environment, and appreciation for community.
The installation will bring many of the book’s images and message to life through an immersive series of large-scale artworks and interactive pieces, touching on the themes of environment, sustainability, and personal and community wellbeing.
The installation will be on view until July 20.

As a local visual artist, psychologist and musician, Eva has a vested interested in the arts and wellbeing of her local community.
She said she was extremely grateful for the opportunity that the RADF grant provided her to produce what she hopes will be a special space for children and their families to reflect and play.
