THE CSI Club in Ipswich built such a strong reputation as the place to go to for a great meal they had to expand their kitchen this year so they could continue to service their members.
The new modern kitchen and Longhorn Bar and Grill layout now sees the team under head chef Chris Celere producing more than 400 meals a night.

With Chris at the helm the club employs eight qualified chefs and on their busy nights they have 11 in the kitchen to meet the demand.
Last Friday night Niki and Shannon Kerswell were amongst the big crowd at the restaurant.
They said they were normally joined on Friday nights by their larger family group and everyone always enjoyed the meals.
“Every time we eat here it’s great, the food is always tasty, fresh and the serving size is excellent,” Shannon said.
“It’s a favourite go-to place for us and we have been enjoying meals here now for a long time,” he said.
Chef Celere said he regularly overviews the menu and he’ll be once again adding something special when he releases the new one in October.
“Regulars won’t have to worry about their favourites dropping off, our great steaks and parmigiana specials are going nowhere and never will,” he said.
