This week’s photos come from Lifeline’s bookfest at its depot in Briggs Road, Raceview. The event ran Friday to Sunday with the usual plethora of goodies on sale. If you missed your chance to support Lifeline, the organisation is always willing to accept donations to keep its telephone lines open and there will be a follow-up bric-a-brac sale to be confirmed.

ALSO featured is Riverlink Shopping Centre’s fabulous Halloween happening, which ran both Saturday and Sunday.

It was truly fangtastic fun for those who enjoyed the events including the Ooky Spooky contortionist, lots of face painting, some tricks and treats, a terrifying, gravity-defying Wheel of Death and the Creepy Crawly Show, in which enthusiasts got closer to a snake than we usually like to here at Local Ipswich News.
