Roamin’ Rowan Hunts for Ipswich’s Best Local Food Spots
SHARE

Roamin’ Rowan is back and this time he’s going Around the World in search of the very best food Ipswich has to offer.

The culinary adventure kicks off this week with the hunt for Ipswich’s Best Italian, before heading to Best Chinese, Best Japanese, Best Thai, Best Vietnamese and Best Mexican.

After travelling the flavours of the world, Rowan will turn his attention to some of Ipswich’s favourite feeds.

October will feature Best Steak, Best Vegetarian, Best Seafood Dish, Best Sunday Roast and Best Fine Dining.

The search continues throughout November, starting with Best Local Produce, followed by Best Ribs, Best Frozen Dessert and Best Smokehouse/Smoked Cuisine.

December will finish the year with some serious crowd-pleasers. Rowan will hunt down Ipswich’s Best Hotdog, Best Loaded Fries, Best Lunch Special and, just in time for Christmas, Best Butcher.

But Roamin’ Rowan can’t do it alone. We want Ipswich to tell us where he should go. Each week, readers will have the chance to nominate their favourite local restaurants, cafés, takeaways, producers and hidden gems before Rowan hits the road.

\You nominate. Rowan eats. Ipswich decides. The question is: who will be crowned the best of Ipswich?
